Please note that if you are using the Stainless Steel Cauldron / Bograc then only the lower pizza cooking area can be used, then the Stainless Grill plate, supplied with the Murphy Stove Basic Kit, should be placed on the heater plate at the bottom of the Pizza Oven to allow an air flow in the area. To utilise the double cooking space we recommend using our paella dish to act as the top to seal the Pizza Oven.
We recommend using a pizza no greater than 250mm/10inches, to allow the heat flow to percolate throughout the oven. On trials we have successfully cooked fresh pizzas in 8 – 12 minutes at 160 Degrees Celsius. Always use a non-stick Pizza Platter under any pizza that you cook.

Replace a door gasket
